LeduM

A structured interface for the diaspora

From abroad, following a file, project or procedure back home is often difficult. People rely on informal relays, vague commitments, or incomplete information.

The platform serves diaspora communities worldwide and offers a documented framework for targeted mandates: administrative, land, tax, health, logistics, or business projects.

The goal is not to "handle everything" for you, or to replace regulated professionals when they are required. We set a clear scope, identifiable steps, and transparent follow-up — aligned with the three reference points below.

Clarity

Say what is possible, what is not, and within what framework.

Structure

Organize a simple mandate with steps, stakeholders and follow-up.

Transparency

Document what is done, what blocks, and why.

Three reference points

Mission, posture, and how we work — three simple axes, no empty slogans.

Mission

Structure procedures at a distance

Help people living abroad organize procedures related to their home country, with a concrete framework rather than informal promises.

Posture

Say "yes", "partially" or "no"

Some requests are realistic, others are not. We explain clearly what can be handled, what must be redefined, or what falls outside the scope.

Way of working

Defined mandates, not vague promises

A mandate is always limited in time, scope and means. That protects both the diaspora client and the team on the ground.

Four points that come up often

No jargon: straight answers on what we do — and what we do not do.

Why a platform like this?

1

From abroad, following a procedure back home is often hard: few reliable relays, little visibility. We organize, frame and document targeted procedures for the diaspora.

Is this a law or accounting firm?

2

No. We do not replace a lawyer, notary, tax advisor or public officer. When a regulated professional is needed, we act as an interface or relay, or point you to the right person.

What can we concretely expect?

3

A clear reading of your request, a defined mandate (or a reasoned refusal), assumed limits, documented follow-up. No promise of outcome for what depends on an administration or a third party — but structured, transparent work.

Is it only for people in Quebec?

4

No. We serve the diaspora abroad (Canada, United States, Europe, Africa, etc.) with files to follow back home. The common need is a structured relay for distance procedures.

Who is the platform for?

We focus on people who live abroad while maintaining a concrete link to their home country. That includes situations where you need, for example, to:

  • follow up on administrative procedures (certificates, documents, ongoing files);
  • handle land, real estate or estate matters;
  • carry or follow through on a personal or family project from abroad;
  • prepare an investment or business activity back home;
  • rely on a structured relay rather than informal exchanges alone.

These examples are reference points — they do not rule out other situations. A real request may combine several dimensions or not fit a single box exactly.

Key point

Your situation does not match these profiles exactly? Describe it in a few lines — we will tell you clearly whether a mandate is appropriate.

Have a situation in mind?

Administrative file, land, family project or visibility need: describe your context. We can then say what is feasible, what is not, and within what limits.
